Eurocoding and LinkLogix: Scalable Logistics Integration for Complex Systems
Coding Consultants International Inc., known in the Italian market under the brand Eurocoding, operates in the technology distribution sector, focusing on the wholesale trade of computers, peripherals, and software.
The company manages a complex logistics ecosystem involving multiple information systems, third-party logistics operators, and numerous integration flows with partners and suppliers.
In this context, the ability to orchestrate and govern data flows across different systems represents a critical factor in ensuring operational efficiency and scalability.
Over time, integrations between logistics systems and business applications had evolved through layered, point-to-point connections that were difficult to maintain.
This situation led to several critical issues:
- limited visibility and control over data flows
- increasing complexity in managing integrations
- reduced scalability when onboarding new partners or systems

It became necessary to introduce an architecture capable of centralizing and governing integrations, while maintaining flexibility and long-term adaptability.
To address these needs, Alchemy designed and implemented LinkLogix – Integration Platform by Alchemy, a middleware platform developed to manage logistics flows in a structured and scalable way.
LinkLogix acts as a central integration layer, orchestrating communication between internal and external systems and overcoming the limitations of point-to-point integrations.
The platform enables:

From a technological standpoint, the solution is based on a modern, modular architecture built with established open-source technologies, including Spring Boot, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, and Keycloak, containerized in Docker and managed through infrastructure as code.
